The TLL undertakes to process the information of its users and customers with full safeguards in place, and to comply with Spanish and European requirements regulating the collection and use of its users' personal data.

However, by completing the relevant forms, users may request to receive information and publicity about the TLL (e.g. a newsletter). Users guarantee that all the information and personal data that they provide in the forms will be their own and accurate. Users will be the only parties responsible for any false or inaccurate declarations that they make, and for the damages that the use of this information could cause to the TLL or to third parties.
