What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
- The contractual relationship between the TLL and the user when you purchase your ticket for the performance. To complete the purchase process, you must provide us with the personal information requested. The purchase process cannot be completed if you do not provide us with your personal information.

Which recipients do we pass on your data to?
Your data will be processed exclusively by the TLL with the following exception: the data you provide may be passed on to third parties for purposes directly related to the organisation of the performances mentioned above between the TLL and the transferor of the data, including the company responsible for the management of ticket sales, for ticket collection and payment procedures, and to the institutions and organisations with which this transfer is a legal obligation. No transfers to third countries outside the European Union will take place without your consent.

How long do we keep your personal data?
The personal data you provide will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, or when it is necessary to keep them due to legal obligations. When keeping them is no longer necessary, they will be deleted with the appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymisation of the data and their total destruction.
