La Ruta 40 is an independent theatre company founded in 2011 which has stable personnel, consisting of Alberto Díaz, Maria G. Rovelló, Albert Prat, Xesca Salvà and Sergi Torrecilla. His work ranges between textual theatre and shows in the creative arts.
This semester the company is in charge of the Espai Lliure programme.


Josep Maria Miró is a director, playwright and journalist, and his texts have received several awards. They include La travessia  (2015), Obac (2014), Estripar la terra (2013), Fum (2012), Nerium Park (2012) and El principi d’Arquímedes (2011).
